Privacy Notice

Cyber Touch Point asks for only the information needed to respond to resource downloads and support requests. Please do not submit passwords, access keys, financial information, personal records, or incident evidence.

Information we collect

The support-request form may collect your name, work email, organization, organization type, preferred timeline, and the description you provide. The checklist form collects your email address and consent choice. Our hosting and form providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and spam-detection data.

How we use it

We use submitted information to deliver requested resources, review and respond to requests, determine whether a proposed engagement is a suitable fit, coordinate approved work, maintain basic operational records, protect the website from misuse, and send follow-up communications when you have agreed to receive them.

Who may receive it

Information may be available to authorized Cyber Touch Point personnel, participating volunteers or advisors who need it to review or coordinate a request, and service providers that host the website, forms, or email. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or the program.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, operational recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Sensitive operational or incident information should not be submitted through the public website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or opt out of nonessential follow-up emails, by contacting contact@cybertouchpoint.org. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Third-party services and updates

The website relies on third-party hosting, form-processing, and email services that process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may update this notice as our tools or procedures change. The current version will appear on this page.
